THANKS, and ...

The Dolphin EDC test is TOO LONG and appeared to loop questions, so I abandoned it.
I applaud your efforts to make a difference by sharing your experience - it is all helpful, as I navigate my path towards understanding what I'm wrestling with (BP), what is possible, and how to become the success I desire since being diagnosed with BP.
The best book I've read on Psychiatry is "Warning: Psychiatry Can Be Hazardous to Your Mental Health" by William Glasser MD.
A good read with valuable information and a title which summarizes my feeling about that quackery of a profession which unfortunately dictates and tightly controls the path to wellness which all persons with BP must fight there way through.
Hopefully solutions will continue to appear here, written by individuals who know what they are speaking of, which offer practical and effective suggestions toward (and maintaining) wellness, preferably without drugs.
To that end, I say "Thanks" and offer my best wishes to all.
