This bipolar blog is a way to interact with Ken Jensen, someone who overcame bipolar disorder without the use of meds, and to interact with others from the world at large.

On each page you will see a comment form that allows you to ask Ken questions, ask each other questions, comment, and share your experiences.

You really only need to fill in the title and add your comment. The other two options, picture and name, are up to you as to whether or not you share.

This blog is tightly monitored so please be polite, kind, and sensible. We're all here to help one another. That's the key!

(AUDIO) Dr. Michael Craig of The Logical Soul interviewed me on his Blog Talk Radio show today. Half an hour. Michael teaches how people's inner child directs the outer adult and I tie it into my bipolar life.

May 28, 2010:

(Audio) I was interviewed in January of 2010 by Karen Gupton of www.BipolarConnect.com. I explained how my illness developed, what I did to repair it, and the great things that happened to me due to what I'd learned.

(Audio) I found a radio interview I did in 2009 with Jody McTague of WKNY in Kingston, NY. This was my second time on that show. Jody and I had a great time, even though the discussion was sometimes hard. I am glad I got to meet her. Twice!

(Photos) I had to reinvent my website URL to something shorter so that it would fit on the side of the Lafferty Motorsports NASCAR Truck Series Racing Truck. So, if you come across www.BDSurvivor.com in your travels, that's me too. Have a look. I am stoked that I am on a NASCAR vehicle!
