Anxiety and Depression Treatment
for Bipolar Disorder
Using TORQUE BACK
by Ken Jensen:
Introduction

Anxiety and depression treatment for bipolar disorder has, for too long, been relegated to using pharmaceuticals alone. Even when holistic methods are applied, they're not always enough or quite right.

TORQUE BACK, developed by Ken Jensen uses a specific blend of holistic applications and the resulting synergy betwen them brought him lasting relief from his illness.

In a word, it's "gone." Imagine a life with no anxiety, no depression, no constant battle with your treatment but a comfortable acceptance of it instead. What if you had just a lessening of these symptoms? Wouldn't that be a plus? Start finding out how you may do the same:

And there are more symptoms than that. So what can be done about them? Please read on.

Ever heard of a torque wrench? It's a tool mechanics use, to apply twisting force to a nut or bolt. It's used when the amount of force has to be just right. It's normally used on machines under some sort of heavy load or continual strain; the same way a brain is that is enduring bipolar disorder, depression, addictions, or killer stress. My system applies the necessary force to both counter the load of your symptoms, allowing you to hold it all together, and steadily "torque back" its strength, until it weakens and possibly ceases entirely.

A Brief Outline of the Steps in TORQUE BACK

1.   Take your vitamins and minerals (but just the right kind)

2.   Oil up. Fish oil with omega-3s (but just the right kind)

3.   Relax. Meditate (but use the best scientific tools to do so)

4.   Quit all addictions

5.   Unnecessary stressors must be removed

6.   E Eat right and Exercise

7.   Be OK with your life as it is right now

8.   Address physical ailments

9.   Chat - Talk to someone

10. Keep a journal

step sharing the top three outside tools you'll need and how to best utilize them.

I look forward to developing our relationship further and providing you with the best resources possible for attaining a sound mind and healthy body, just as I did.

Be well!
